Signature Catering create a feast of Mexico as they partner with Dorset Piddle at Taste of the South

Dorset caterers, Signature Catering, Piddle Brewery and Pothecary Gin have joined forces in association with Taste of the South to create a pop up eatery at the festival taking place 19th to 21st May.

Signature Catering have teamed up with Piddle Brewery to create Taste of the South’s Taco Bay – “where Dorset meets Mexico”- a fun fusion of Mexican food using local ingredients and Dorset drinks created by Piddle Brewery and Sirens Cocktail Bar.

Richard Abson, Co-Director of Signature Catering explains, “When we were invited to partner with Taste of the South, we wanted to create something unique for the festival and also showcase the local products and ingredients we use. The idea of Taco Bay was born out of this. All our ingredients are from the South of England from several suppliers who also have stands in the marquee. That means you can take away the ingredients and create  our delicious tacos for yourself at home. Now you don’t have to fly all the way to Mexico to grab a great taco or quesadilla, as Dorset will have their very own taste of Mexico on their doorstep!

The special area within the festival will enable guests to tuck into an array of seafood tacos, meaty quesadillas, as well as vegan-friendly dishes and some delicious puddings to tempt your taste buds too – there’s something for everyone and they can all be washed down with a Piddle ale, a Dorset Cherry Cocktail or a Pothecary and Tonic!”

With culinary advice and ingredients from the South of England, this new taste of Mexico will be here on your doorstep and its Ariba all the way!
