False oysters is another great hors d’oeuvre and one that will get the party goers talking and surprisingly they taste & feel like the real thing!

Liquidize fresh spinach salt and a dash of thai fish sauce
Shape small pieces of mozzarella into round balls
1 tin of lumpfish caviar (of course you can use the real thing if you like!)
Squeeze of lemon just before serving in real oyster shells
